These 16 edible plants were harvested on an afternoon day in Durango. Such abundance in our backyards!
Starting in the upper left row and moving right we have:
Dandelion, Burdock, Oregon grape berries, acorns
Thistle, Wild licorice root, rosehips, cattail
Mallow, Chicory root, chokecherries, Curly dock seeds
Elm leaves, Dandelion roots, sumac berries, amaranth seeds.
