Class 1: Tuesday, September 19 - (Class held at 848 East 3rd Ave.) 

           Intentions and Welcoming Ceremony

            Lecture: Introductions, Wild edible abundance, Harvesting wild weeds, Green juice

Class 2: Wednesday, September 20 - (Class held at the Turtle Lake Community Farm at 53 Misty Lane) 

            Field Trip to Farm: Local and Wild Foods on the Farm, Mushroom Remediation, Food forests, Market Garden and Growing Abundance through Permaculture 

Class 3: Thursday September 21 - (Meet at Colorado Trail parking area)

           Field Trip

Class 4: Tuesday, September 26 - (Class held at Turtle Cafe, 848 East 3rd Ave)

            Lecture: The Power of Enzymes: Fermentation, Sprouting Basics, Planting Microgreens
